Real estate and mortgage
The Notary can facilitate the formalization of mortgage loans for property acquisition. The lending institution will contact the Notary, and the consumer will receive information about the contract days before the signing, with attention to their questions and full confidentiality. They will sign the corresponding transparency record with the Notary according to the Real Estate Credit Law of 2019.
Mortgage cancellations
The Notary offers the registration cancellation of fully paid mortgages, usually prior to or simultaneously with the sale of the property. The zero balance certificate from the lending institution will be required.
Policy
Policies are notarial documents of a commercial nature (loans, credits, leasings, guarantees, etc.), usually drafted by the financial institution and do not require simultaneous signing between the client and the institution.
